Hands Behind the Bubbles

Noël and Magali Bazin are at the helm of a quaint 3-hectare (7.5 acre) estate nestled in the Montagne de Reims. Their philosophy intertwines deep respect for the land with a commitment to sustainable farming and minimal intervention in winemaking. The rarity of their bottles is a testament to their meticulous approach – producing just 17,000 bottles annually, with only a few thousand of those making it to the U.S..
