What is Sparkle-ist Academy? It’s a seriously fun experience where each session has a central theme and we’ll have a good time as we dive into the sparkling world, open bottles, pour, sip, and laugh along the way.
These first Sparkle-ist Academy classes will be all about champagne as we explore how different grapes shape the taste of champagne. You'll taste, compare and learn what makes each one unique. No overwhelming wine-speak. Just us, some great bottles, and good conversation.

This masterclas consists of TWO sessions. One Zoom session on Feb 21st followed by the in -person tasting March 7th at the Expo.
