Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. As a small family-run business, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on purchases. However, we do aim to please and want to do our best to keep you satisfied. If you believe you received a damaged or defective bottle please contact us (within 45 days) so we may discuss what happened and see how we can help best resolve the situation. Please note, that a defective bottle is not a reference to taste preference but to a flawed or corked bottle (this is fairly uncommon but it does happen). Any missed deliveries that are returned will not be eligible for a refund. We will gladly reship your order however you will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred.


Exchanges

At Sparkle-ist, we work hard to provide wines of exceptional quality. We understand that taste in wine is personal and can vary among each person. If you are not satisfied with the taste of a wine contact us at info@sparkle-ist.com within 45 days of your order. We will work with you to find a replacement that would fit your preference. We are unable to ship an individual replacement bottle on it’s own however we will happily add it to your next month’s club shipment.
