Notable

It’s a real treat to have this champagne as Marion has only 1.26 hectares (3 acres) and only produced 1,500 of this bottle.

Sips & Scents

The village of Chamery is distinguished by a natural amphitheater shape formed by the hills around the village. This protects grapes from strong storms and maximizes sun exposure for ripeness. The ripeness of the Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes delivers intense aromas of wild red berries, pink grapefruit, baked orchard fruits and fresh brioche. Each sip reveals a perfect balance between the bursts of fruit, rich pastry notes and crisp minerality before arriving at its long dry finish.

Perfect Matches

Pair with semi-hard cheese and charcuterie for an aperitif, or savor it alongside a variety of dishes. It complements Asian cuisine, shellfish, grilled fish, and white meats. Keep it casual with fish tacos or tacos al pastor from your favorite Mexican spot while catching up on episodes of The Diplomat or Suits.

Hands Behind the Bubbles

After six years in the field of dental prosthetics, Marion Perseval realized she missed the vineyards she grew up around. Marion is a 6th generation vigneron and she’d spent her childhood working the vines alongside her parents. In the 1980’s, Marion’s father Gérard began growing cover crops in the vineyards believing in the positive effects of biodiversity vs the chemical herbicides used by almost all farmers at the time. While deeply connected by heritage, Marion is also a newcomer having started producing her own wines in 2019. Now certified organic, she embraces a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar, crafting not generic champagne, but wines with distinct personality and expression.
