Notable

Eric Taillet is a dedicated vigneron from the heart of the Marne Valley, and is renowned for his work with the Meunier grape. This is a beautiful example of a superbly made 100% Meunier champagne.

Sips & Scents

This stunning champagne greets you with a light golden hue and a fine stream of bubbles. On the nose, you’ll find an inviting scent of fresh apples, pear, and a hint of citrus zest. From the first sip, experience a perfect balance of crisp acidity with a creamy texture. The wine evolves with each taste, revealing flavors of green apple, lemon curd, and brioche, leading to a lingering, elegant finish.

Perfect Matches

For a classic pairing, try it with freshly shucked oysters, a delicate seafood platter or fried chicken. The bright acidity compliments soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert or alongside a summer salad of mixed greens with a light citrus vinaigrette The depth and complexity pairs perfectly with catching up on episodes of The Bear.

Hands Behind the Bubbles

Eric Taillet is a dedicated vigneron from the heart of the Marne Valley, and both are renowned for the Meunier grape. Eric's strong focus and passion for Meunier are his self-proclaimed “life, passion, and reason for being a winegrower.” With particular attention to older vines, he meticulously modifies cultivation methods, pruning systems, row spacing, and vine height in pursuit of the best fruit. Eric established the Meunier Institute, and several of his old vines were selected to be cloned for local Champagne nurseries. His passion for champagne-making shines through in every bottle.
