This Crémant dazzles with a pale gold hue and a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose offers a bouquet of ripe golden apples, juicy pears, and zesty lemon with subtle notes of white flowers and fresh brioche. On the palate a dry burst of flavor with notes of quince and honey and a very distinctive minerality speaks to its schist soil origins.
