A blend primarily of Chardonnay, with Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir added in undisclosed percentages. In the glass, expect a fine and persistent mousse (bubbles) with aromas of white peach, apricot, honey, and hints of toast and almond, reminiscent of peaches and cream with a wafer. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with flavors of citrus, green apple, and that toasty wafer. The finish is long and creamy, making each sip a delightful experience.
