Not a typical grape for sparkling wine, this unique 100% Gamay pink sparkler was selected specifically as start to any gathering or dinner party. With lower alcohol at 10.5%, crisp acidity, and slightly higher dosage, it is dangerously easy to drink. You may find you need extra bottles if you have more than a few people over. Aromas of rose petals, strawberries, and a hint of cinnamon spice lead you to bright raspberry, cranberry, and citrus zest on the palate. The fine bubbles keep it lively, and the clean finish with a subtle mineral edge from the granite soils brings you pure joy in a glass.

The Sérol family has tended these vineyards since the 17th century. When Stéphane and his wife Carine took over in 1996, with 12 hectares and a mission. They've since expanded and converted to organic and biodynamic farming. Their vines grow on granite soils at high elevations, giving the wines their signature minerality. Using the méthode ancestrale, fermentation starts in concrete tanks and finishes in the bottle, creating natural bubbles without added sugar.
