Vahe Keushguerian started Keush to showcase Armenia’s 6000 year old viticultural heritage. Keush’s grapes come from the village of Khachik (pop. 900) and are farmed sustainably. At 1750 meters, these are among the highest elevation vines in the northern hemisphere, and among the highest in the world to produce Champagne Method bubbly. Keush embodies an Armenian wine loving spirit and highlights the possibilities of winemaking in Armenia.
