Notable

A focus on long-aged cava and a commitment to quality earned Torello a founding spot in the prestigious Corpinnat collective.

Sips & Scents

The age of the Cava shows as it opens with aromas of yellow apple skins, ripe pears, beeswax, fresh cream, hazelnuts and marzipan. This is a complex and full bodied bottle delivering flavors of ripe pears, almonds, baked yellow apple, grilled lemon, thyme, buttered pastry and custard. A terrific wine showing both power and elegance, with a perfect balance between fruit and acidity.

Perfect Matches

This is a wonderfully versatile sparkler that works with a wide range of dishes. It shines alongside Patata Bravas, Shrimp al ajillo and lighter meats like chicken or pork, but has enough body to handle risotto or paella. Busy evening? Hands Behind the Bubbles

The Torelló family has been tending vines since 1395, with the incredible 22nd and 23rd generations now at the helm. Their focus on long-aged cava and commitment to quality earned them a founding spot in the prestigious Corpinnat collective. The majority of cava is mass-produced by conglomerates and Corpinnat was created to distinguish those producing quality over quantity. Corpinnat now includes 11 quality producers with strict rules including being organic, hand harvesting, minimum aging similar to Champagne, being estate grown and produced, and more. If you see the name Corpinnat on a bottle you can trust the quality behind it.
