Notable

Each bottle is hand-numbered, reflecting the small production of this boutique Champagne.

Sips & Scents

In the glass it opens with delicate brioche aromas and buttery notes and then reveals ripe yellow fruits like peach and kumquat. Subtle vanilla notes speak to the gentle oak aging and add layers of complexity. On the palate, the fruit mixes with citrus zest and the velvety brioche character. Each sip reveals a balance of power with a delicate touch, making this a wonderfully contemplative glass.

Perfect Matches

This sophisticated bubbly loves elegant company. It's particularly stunning with baked and grilled seafood, where its mineral notes will complement delicate fish. Try it with herb-studded chicken and mushrooms or tender roasted pork loin. Enjoy while folding the week's laundry or bring home fried chicken tenders to crunch and sip catching up with The Diplomat or the story of Dylan in A Complete Unknown.

Hands Behind the Bubbles

Raphaël and Hannah are part of the new guard of Champagne, crafting zero-dosage wines from just 7 hectares (a little over 15 acres) in the Côtes des Bars region. Raphaël’s grandfather tended the vines for decades but sold his grapes to large champagne houses as was normal in the region. Today, Raphaël and Hannah are making their mark with meticulous organic farming and use just enough oak to add texture and complexity to their wines. Located closer to Chablis than Reims, their corner of Champagne is becoming a hotbed of artisanal producers worth watching.
