Ya Cuvée 23 is a Grower Cava produced by Familia Sumarroca, pioneers of sustainable farming since the 1990s. Their vines are farmed organically, never irrigated, and treated only with natural elements. This unique cuvée is the result of a collaborative effort rather than the work of a single winemaker. A dozen quality grower cavas were blind-tasted, with four selected as the best. Countless hours were then spent in the cellars, crafting different blends to marry the best qualities of those four selections.
