This cotton candy pink cava boasts soft effervescence and an elegant nose. Aromas of strawberries, pink grapefruit, and floral notes with hints of toasted almonds. On the palate, flavors of red fruits, tangerine and honeysuckle mingle with hints of vanilla, all balanced by lively acidity. The finish is crisp and dry, leaving a refreshing impression and thirst for more.

Ya Cuvée 23 is a Grower Cava produced by Familia Sumarroca, pioneers of sustainable farming since the 1990s. Their vines are farmed organically, never irrigated, and treated only with natural elements. This unique cuvée is the result of a collaborative effort rather than the work of a single winemaker. A dozen quality grower cavas were blind-tasted, with four selected as the best. Countless hours were then spent in the cellars, crafting different blends to marry the best qualities of those four selections.
