Isabelle and Franck Pascal, are the fifth generation to farm the estate’s 20 acres with meticulous care. Franck, renowned for his natural winemaking philosophy, achieved organic certification in 2007, and the clay-rich vineyards are primarily plowed by horse. He is committed to using indigenous yeasts and eschewing additives, speaking to a respect for tradition and terroir. In Franck's words: “pleasure, energy, wellness is what we want to offer you…Why?
