Karanika is an all organic and biodynamic vineyard in northern Greece. Owners, Laurens Hartman-Karanika and Annette van Kampen, believe real quality is only achieved when all aspects of growing and winemaking are in balance, sustainably maximizing the health and vitality of their soil and harvest every year. Their winery is completely thermo-isolated, using solar energy for warm water, using minimal machinery and no additives to create fantastic wines.
