Grape Varietal: 100% Garganega
Dosage: 2 g/l - Brut Nature
Location: Gambellara, Veneto, Italy
Fragrant notes of baked apples, fresh bread, white flowers and citrus greet the nose with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and peaches on the tongue.
The wine is bone dry with laser sharp, mouth-watering acidity. Combined with lower alcohol of 11%, it’s exceedingly drinkable and enjoyable. This sparkler showcases what a talented winemaker can produce.
Note: This bottle is unfiltered. It'll appear a little cloudy, but that’s normal and doesn't affect the taste.
A perfect solo drink as an aperitif or enjoy with grilled veggies, bruschetta, margherita or pepperoni pizza. Will also pair with slightly spicier foods as well.
