Our Sparkle-ist selections are typically small productions and can often be very limited. Ultraviolet, while still small, is the most widely available bottle we’ve featured because it’s good to discover high quality bottles that may also be more accessible to you. This sparkler is vibrant with lively bubbles and big aromas of fresh red berries, citrus zest, and rose petals. The palate is full of ripe strawberries, citrus and watermelon, balanced by the bright acidity and a clean, refreshing and dry finish.

Perfect for casual entertaining, it’s also highly versatile. Try it with fried chicken, roasted fish, oysters, sushi or a cheese and charcuterie board. Pop a bottle with friends while watching a Nate Bargatze or Kevin Hart special, comedy series or rom-com of your choice.

Samantha Sheehan founded Ultraviolet in 2010, inspired by a trip to Burgundy and Champagne. Samantha avoids using chemicals and is committed to sustainable farming and minimal intervention. She produces wines that showcase both elegance and approachability, making her a rising star in California's sparkling wine scene. The grapes for Ultraviolet come from the dramatic Manchester Ridge vineyard, on a cliff, 2,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean. Extreme temperature swings as much as 60˚ create perfect conditions for developing complex flavors and bright acidity.
