This mountain-born sparkler, from the far east side of France, captures the essence of the French Alps. The nose opens with layers of citrus, apple, pear, apricot, cream, vanilla, cream and hints of wild mint. The cool mountain air influence shows in the clean and crisp palate with flavors of citrus, stone fruits, fresh herbs, white flower blossoms, butter and honey. Take note - The sophisticated balance and alpine freshness make each glass disappear quickly far more quickly than you might expect.

Open this as an apéritif to enjoy with good friends and conversation. Add in some French or Swiss alpine cheeses, cured meats or truffle fries to elevate a perfect casual evening.

Thierry and Céline’s vineyards are nestled in the alpine mountainsides of their village. They were abandoned to the forest before the use of chemicals and their land remains untouched by herbicides and perfectly organic. Céline, an agricultural engineer and enologist, champions sustainable practices with particular attention to insect diversity. Using local indigenous grapes and traditional champagne methods with three years of lees aging, proves exceptional bubbles can come from unexpected places. Their commitment to the land goes beyond wine as they purposefully build a sustainable legacy for their children.
