Brut
Michael Lundeen is one of Oregon's most respected sparkling winemakers and has a true passion for making wine in the traditional champagne method. This small production Brut - just around four thousand bottles annually - means every bottle gets the attention of a true artisan.
Aged a minimum of 3 years and made in the exact same method as champagne. This sparkler opens with aromas of apple, lemon zest and fresh bread. Fine bubbles carry citrus flavors along with peach, tart cherry and almonds. It all leads to a clean, refreshing finish with a delicate minerality.
Perfect with smoked salmon bagels, soft cheeses, mac & cheese or a classic Caesar salad. Pop this open while watching Reese Witherspoon hiking the PCT in "Wild" or "The Goonies", filmed on the Oregon coast.
Michael Lundeen is a third-generation Oregonian, with a passion for sparkling wine using traditional champagne methods. Building on the work of his father and grandfather, Michael continues to preserve the family farm for his son Colin and generations beyond with organic practices and LIVE certification. After 20+ years, Michael has emerged as one of Oregon's most respected sparkling winemakers, proving that deep roots and dedication to craft make the finest bubbles.
