The vines average 90 years old and are managed using biodynamic principles. Horses are used for plowing and no additives are introduced during winemaking. A truly authentic approach, letting nature guide the process from the vine to the bottle.

After over two years, we’re bringing this delicious bottle back. Classic Chenin Blanc characteristics, with aromas of green apple, citrus, pear, and delicate floral notes. A minimum of one year spent on the lees provides a nice depth and character. In the glass, it’s crisp, dry, oh so easy to drink. A refreshingly fun bottle from start to finish.

This bottle is perfect for sipping with friends, whether on its own or paired with food. Its crispness, bright acidity, and dry finish make it an excellent match to a cheese board, fresh oysters or fish tacos.

Le Facteur, meaning "The Postman," is the result of a unique partnership between Mathieu Cosme, a renowned biodynamic winemaker in France's Loire Valley, and his former importer, Fabien Brutout. Their journey began in 2008 when Fabien volunteered to help Mathieu in the vineyards, sparking a friendship that eventually grew into a shared venture. United by a passion for winemaking with a strict "hands-off" philosophy, they founded Le Facteur to bring their vision to life.
