This Blanc de Noirs from Les Riceys boasts a bright hue that could be mistaken for a rosé. The 100% Pinot Noir composition delivers bold aromas of fresh raspberry, strawberries, citrus, and tangerines, with subtle hints of allspice. On the palate, it's juicy with bold acidity, bursting with flavors of fresh red fruits, peaches, and apricots. A unique tangy yogurt note adds complexity, leading to a soft, fresh finish that lingers.

Elise Dechannes left a successful career in finance to return to her family's vineyard in Les Riceys in 2008. She now manages their certified organic 4.5 hectares (11 acres) practicing biodynamic farming. Elise's approach is to nurture the land, including hand-picking and weeding, and allowing vines to grow with minimal intervention. Her passion for viticulture and vinification shines through in her Champagnes. These limited production wines are a testament to Elise's dedication to crafting unique, high-quality Champagnes that truly reflects the village of Les Riceys.
