Quick Facts:
- Small farm, with only 1.25 acres dedicated to grapes for this bottle

- Only around 17,000 bottles produced meaning they are not the easiest bottles to find
- Enjoy the fresh acidity of this bottle on its own, with oysters, shellfish, french fries, or my personal favorite, chicken nuggies.
An exceptional sparkling wine from Greece. Its sharpness is complemented by its fruit forward notes and crisp acidity. While it’s light and refreshing, it also offers a smooth and almost creamy texture. This impressive sparkler is well balanced with a lingering finish on the palette. Don't be surprised how quickly you find the bottle empty.
Owners, Laurens Hartman-Karanika and Annette van Kampen, believe real quality is achieved when all aspects of growing and winemaking are in balance. The winery is completely thermo-isolated using solar energy for warm water, using minimal machinery and no additives to create fantastic wine.
