Cuvee des Crayeres is a complex and elegant sparkling wine. On the nose, it offers an aroma of ripe stone fruits, such as peaches and apricots, with hints of vanilla and toast. On the palate, there’s a pleasant minerality, a hint of toasted bread and perfectly balance between acidity and sweetness with a finish that is long and satisfying.
Eric Rodez is well known in Champagne for creating full-bodied, complex, and decadent Champagnes. His oak-influenced style grows out of his experience working as a former enologist at Champagne Krug. Eric farms less than 15 acres of vines organically and biodynamically.
