- An elegant bubbly that embodies what many dream of when they imagine "classic" champagne.
Aromas of citrus, marzipan, brioche, custard and nice acidity lead the way to a long mineral-laden finish.
Perfect with the timeless classics pairings of champagne: Oysters, foie gras, truffled pastas, and lobster. But don't stop there. Think of the comfort of fried chicken, burgers and fries, potato chips, or pork rinds. Every pairing, from the elegant to the everyday, is a testament to this champagne's adaptability and charm.
- Very small production that we're thrilled to have available for you.
