A wonderful start to an evening but also fun for lightly spiced foods, soft cheese, and seafood delights - combine them all and make Taco Tuesday, with fish tacos.
Marc believes in doing everything - and nothing - to allow the terroir to express itself, and it seriously takes a lot of skill in winemaking to do nothing. Every bubble in this bottle is a testament to his craftsmanship. The wine is made from grapes, nothing more. No added sugar, yeast, or sulfur, and it is unfiltered which means the 6,000 bottles produced required careful monitoring to reach this quality level. Cheers to that!
